Four Releet Sports Ltd (FRSL)
FRSL is the Company owned by the membership of Phoenix Hockey Club and charged with managing the Facilities at the Ground.
At the time when Phoenix HC was established there were two companies running the affairs of the former clubs, these are being taken over by one company, FRSL, to bring everything under one company. The new company will have 2 Shareholders who hold them in trust for the members of PHC and seven directors who run the company each are elected for a three year period at the AGM of Phoenix HC.
The Directors are joined on a management committee by a representative from each of the main two users of the facilities, the Hockey Club and Notley Football club. Meetings are held every two months and the minutes are exhibited in the Clubhouse and on this Website and can be seen by members by following this link.
